International and non-MOE school students must get a Registration Number before applying via the DSA-Sec Portal. Shortlisted international students will also need to sit the AEIS test.
Important Notes for International Students & Students who are not studying in MOE Schools
Any student, Singapore Citizens (SC) and Permanent Residents (PR) inclusive, who are not studying in MOE mainstream primary schools i.e. Returning Singaporeans, International Students studying overseas or in local international schools, students in Special Education Schools or religious schools (e.g. Pathlight, Madrasah, San Yu Adventist) and home-schoolers will need to obtain a Registration Number (RGxxxxxxx) before they can apply through the DSA-Sec Portal.
